Ugh.

Astralweng offered to give me and mocahbugs wake-up calls, since we needed to get up and go to work early in the morning. I told her to not bother, that I would be ok. Maybe cuz I knew that my boss was gonna wake me up. Only that it was 5 min till the time I was supposed to be at work, and he wanted me to get some fiber together to bring to a contractor in half an hour.

right.

so, i bust my ass to get there, knowing i'll be late, and thinking i'll call the boss to let him know i'm busy, or in the middle of something on campus, and that god-willing, i'd be able to get the fiber to where it needed to go, I get his voicemail. I leave him a msg asking what exactly he needed and then I turn off my phone. I'm such a bad employee. It works, he gets someone else to do it, but damn, am i lame. Really need to get my ass in gear. :P
